He posted an update to his fans on Instagram, showing off his wounds, as he revealed the fire singed off his moustache.The 47 year old musician suffered from second-degree burns to his face and arms following the incident.
Sid joked that he decided to shave off his moustache before heading to the hospital, and showed fans the blisters and inflamed skin on his arms and face, adding a caption that said: "Ouch" and following it with another in which he reassured fans: "I'm going to be ok everyone.
Love you all." He later shared a video on Instagram Live in which he said he got his "eyebrows done for free" and finally had "some real sideburns." He also posted a video as he was being treated in which he said: "Hi everybody, I had an explosion in my face.
