Rebecca Ferguson, who found fame on X Factor in 2010, has issued a warning to her daughter about the music industry.The singer, who came second to Matt Cardle on the show, has spoken out about the toxic experience she had after appearing on the ITV programme, claiming she was "mentally manipulated, bullied and abused".
Rebecca has revealed that her life became a nightmare when she fell out with two influential figures in the music world. Despite her own experiences, it seems her daughters are not deterred from following in her footsteps.The Nothing's Real But Love singer is mum to Lillie, 19, Karl, 17, Arabella, 9 and welcomed a baby boy last year.
Chatting to The Mirror, Rebecca said: "My daughter [Lillie] wants to be a singer, and she's actually said to me now, 'mum this is what I really, really wanna do for so long'.
I was like 'oh God, you don't wanna do that, do you?' I'm going on to do some songwriting with her actually at the end of March." Rebecca and daughter Arabella are planning on setting up a YouTube channel, as Arabella is eager to start vlogging.
