Rangers idol Paul Gascoigne’s personal company is facing closure after it failed to file records on time.The football great set up Gazza8 Limited in 2019 to channel income from television appearances, documentaries and a planned film on his life.Companies House issued a compulsory strike off action against the firm this week after its accounts were not submitted by the required deadline.The company’s first set of financial figures were due by October 26 last year but they have still not been filed.A notice served on the business said: “The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the company will be struck off the register and dissolved not less than two months from the date shown above.”The former England star, 55, is the sole director of the company and owns all the shares in it.Earlier this year, he staved off two earlier attempts to have it closed down for failure to file records.
