A pub building could be extended to become a shared house with 27-bedrooms. Plans have been submitted in the last week to convert and extend the Park Hotel premises on Bridgeman Street in Bolton into a house of multiple occupation (HMO).

The two-storey detached pub, called The Park, is on the intersection with Slaterfield and Rothwell Street.
