Production for 'Suits: LA' Heads to Los Angeles After Filming Pilot in Vancouver
justjared.comNBC is moving production of their new Suits spinoff series Suits: LA as it prepares to film its first season.
In July, NBC picked up the show after it filmed a pilot in Vancouver, Canada. While it is set in the same universe as the original Suits, it will feature a new cast centered around Stephen Amell, Josh McDermitt, Lex Scott Davis and Bryan Greenberg.
On Thursday (August 1), we learned that the network was filming the Los Angeles based series on location in the city. Stephen stars in the project as Ted Black, a “charismatic force of nature who puts his own needs above others.
In the new series, his firm is at a crisis point, and in order to survive he must embrace a role he held in contempt his entire career.
