Piers Morgan has issued a warning to Kensington Palace over a photo of Kate Middleton and her children, asking "is this fake?" The controversial presenter suggested that if claims of photo manipulation are true, the Palace have "made things 100x worse".The photo, believed to be taken by Prince William, shows Kate with their three kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
However, over the weekend, major photo agencies sent out a "kill notice" for the picture - removing the image from their libraries while sources say it's been edited from the original.
Many eagle-eyed fans on social media noticed some odd details about the snap too, including that Prince George's sleeve was blurry and Princess Charlotte's arm didn't seem to line up right.
Former Good Morning Britain host Piers, who is a big supporter of the royal couple, shared to X (Twitter): "If, as this astounding @AP kill notice claims, the Palace manipulated that Kate photo to quash all the wild conspiracy theories about her, then they'll have just made things 100x worse.." He reposted the picture, asking his 8.7 million followers: "Is it a fake photo?" One follower joked back: "Yes, no one is that happy in the UK." Another said: "Well it's just been pulled from circulation so clearly it's been altered." A third pointed out: "The fact they only dated it 2024 without a month or day seems odd, given the rumours." The Princess of Wales shared the picture on Mother's Day, breaking her silence after undergoing a 'planned abdominal surgery' in January.
