Phillip Schofield is now the bookies' favourite to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house as a shock bombshell. The former This Morning presenter, who stepped down from his role after admitting to an ‘unwise but not illegal’ affair with a much younger colleague, is now the 2/1 favourite to enter the show as a surprise housemate.

Colson Smith’s Corrie co-stars Jack P Shepherd (3/1) and Ben Price (10/1) are also bookmakers' favourites to enter the house.

Gambling.com are also predicting who will be next to leave the Celebrity Big Brother house, with TV betting expert James Leyfield warning a housemate might end up leaving early.

Gary Goldsmith - Kate Middleton's uncle - was the first celebrity to be put up for eviction earlier in the week when Celebrity Big Brother 'lodger' Sharon Osbourne was given the power to choose one of her fellow housemates to face the public vote.
