Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish have released two books, Clanlands and Clanlands Almanac. The book follows their adventures around Scotland.The pair of Scottish actors wrote their original book Clanlands as a companion to their hit show Men in Kilts, during the first lockdown after their were forced to take a break in filming.It proved to be incredibly popular when it was released ahead of the first series of their adventure travel show.
Another author in the cast is Nell Hudson, who plays Laoghaire MacKenzie.Last year, Nell released her debut novel Just For Today, which is also being turned into a TV show, according to her Instagram.
