OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney is facing more legal trouble! For those who don’t know, the 26-year-old was charged with second-degree murder after allegedly stabbing her boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, to death during a domestic dispute inside their condo in Miami, Florida, back in April 2022.
While Courtney pleaded not guilty and swore she stabbed him in self-defense, prosecutors argued against the claim, saying she allegedly physically and mentally abused her partner.
Videos obtained by prosecutors have even shown the OF star yelling at Christian and calling him the N-word. She faces up to life in prison if convicted.
But now, Courtney has more to worry about than just spending the rest of her life behind bars. While awaiting for her trial to begin, the estate for Christian has filed a lawsuit against the murder suspect – along with the owner and security team for the condo where the couple lived! According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline on Thursday, the estate accused Courtney and the other defendants of negligence in the death of Christian, stating in the filing: As for why the estate included the building owner and security team in the lawsuit?
