Olivia Pratt-Korbel's mum Cheryl has shared special memories she has of her daughter as she revealed a touching memorial garden in tribute to the nine-year-old.

The 46-year-old said she wants to steer young people away from crime by uniting police, charities and the community. The focal point will be the memorial to Olivia, who was shot dead in her own home on Kingsheath Avenue, Dovecot in August last year, reports the Mirror.

On the day Olivia should have been enjoying an Easter egg hunt at home, Cheryl says she wants to create a safe space for children to play and learn to stop them from “going down the wrong path”.
