Fans of Oasis have been hit with a fresh warning over eye-watering prices on resale sites, as general sale tickets for their much-anticipated reunion gigs went live Saturday morning.
Official sites selling them quickly buckled under the volume of traffic and many, now resigned to the fact they missed out, are turning to other sources.
But the legendary group had a warning for fans that tickets bought outside official channels risk being cancelled. A warning explained: "Please note, Oasis Live '25 tickets can only be resold at face value via Ticketmaster and Twickets!
Tickets appearing on other secondary ticketing sites are either counterfeit or will be cancelled by the promoters." On Friday Oasis had urged supporters to stick to official vendors after some unauthorized sellers were hawking pre-sale tickets for sky-high sums. This all unfolded while hopeful attendees faced technical glitches during the bustling 9am general sale on Saturday, with websites including Gigs and Tours struggling to cope with fans eager to see Liam and Noel Gallagher reunite.
