Oasis fans went into meltdown when tickets were released last weekend. As soon as brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher announced they were burying the hatchet for a 2025 reunion tour – their first since 2009 – people were desperate to secure their spot at one of the gigs.
However, when tickets for the UK and Ireland gigs went on sale, fans faced long online queues and technical issues as more than 10 million fans from 158 different countries tried to secure tickets.
Many were disappointed by Ticketmaster issues, as well as the dynamic pricing that pushed costs up. And as demand has been so high, the Britpop band revealed they will be adding two more shows at London's Wembley Stadium to their schedule.
Fans are bound to be going into the next battle for tickets feeling a bit more lively. In fact, some are even hoping that staying in the queue could help them in the near future.
