North Lanarkshire Council has announced plans to consult on the demolition of more high-rise council homes.The second phase regeneration plans have identified a number of prominent multi-story blocks in Motherwell, a tower in Coatbridge and low-rise blocks in Coatbridge, Kilsyth, Motherwell, Airdrie and Wishaw for potential demolition.A consultation process involving 974 households will begin in the coming weeks asking residents for their views on the proposals.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
