New Larkhall council houses are part of 'ambitious' plan for South Lanarkshire

Thirty-eight new council houses have been built in Larkhall with "ambitious" plans to build 1300 more across South Lanarkshire by 2027.Tenants have now moved into the homes in Avon Road, with the development made up of a mix of cottage flats, detached bungalows, mid-terrace, end terrace and semi-detached houses from one to four bedroom homes.The homes were constructed in partnership with Cruden Building & hub South West, who have already delivered developments at Auldkirk Road, Cambuslang and Glengonnar Street, Larkhall.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
