Frozen food isn't the most exciting of supermarket buys, but one mum's Tesco purchase has had shoppers howling. Mum Celia Tate found a rather amusing shaped sausage in a pack she had delivered last week and 'couldn't believe' her eyes.
After bursting out laughing and of course sending a photo to her partner, who was out at the time, she decided to share the images online. It didn't take long for the jokes to start appearing in the Facebook comments, with shoppers claiming to 'recognise' who the sausage belongs to.
Others commented on the size of the sausage, saying 'must be cold in that freezer'. Celia, 62, had actually ordered two packs of the £1.60 sausages with her Tesco home delivery on Friday. "Believe it or not I was actually going to make toad in the hole for tea," she said. "But also make my son a sandwich. "When I first saw it I couldn’t believe my eyes to be honest, then burst out laughing.
