The 27 year old, who stars in the 2023 series of MAFS UK on E4, has documented her lifestyle overhaul on Instagram with several before and after photos to showcase the contrast in her body.
In November 2022, Adrienne revealed she'd finally hit a total loss of eight stone and described the achievement as an "overwhelming feeling" in a candid post. "Wow, I would be lying if I said I wasn't emotional with this one today," she penned alongside photos of her body.
She continued: "A massive overwhelming feeling and reflection on the girl I used to be. Not just physically but mentally.The journey I've come on to get to this point has been phenomenal." Adrienne opened up about her transformation on MAFS to her husband Matt Pilmoor, as she spoke about the "insecurities" she had overcome during their honeymoon.
