Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. She went on to star in Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), later establishing herself as the highest-paid Latin actress in Hollywood.

billboard.comOf the many home concerts that have been streamed in the past two weeks, few stand close to the solidarity and emotion of “Argentina Canta La Cigarra.” That’s the title given to a new rendition of “Como La Cigarra” (The Cicada), the song written by Argentine singer/songwriter/author Maria Elena Walsh, who died in 2011 at 80 years old. "Como La Cigarra" was popularized by Mercedes Sosa in the 1970s, and its lyrics of triumph against struggle have made it a Latin American standard.
On Thursday (March 26), 35 Argentine artists came together in a communal, live-streamed performance, with each of them singing a single line.
