Love Islander reveals painful health diagnosis and begs for help after '5 days of hell'

Taking to her Instagram Story, the former Love Island star, 29, wrote: "Which of my queens have ever suffered from Pelvic inflammatory disease? "I'd never heard of it but think I may have had my first experience.
I've not had pain/fever quite like it the last 5 days have been hell... "If you have good Essex/London-based gynaecologist recommendations please let me know or any tips or remedies for the pain and to stop it from reoccurring [five pink heart emojis]." According to the NHS, PID is an infection of the female reproductive system and can cause severe pain in the pelvis or lower tummy.
After sharing her health diagnosis, Megan returned to Instagram to share that "Jetlag and being in pain" were dangerous as she shared a screenshot of her searching for a £23,000 Hermes Kelly bag at 3:23am in the morning.
It comes after Megan was rumoured to be returning to the Love Island villa in the upcoming All Stars edition of the show. According to MailOnline, Megan and Georgia Steel are said to be quite high on the producer's wishlist.
