Lorraine Kelly SENT HOME from ITV show as co-star ushered in to replace her
msn.comITV presenter has confirmed she will not be on her show this morning, with Ranvir Singh set to replace her. Lorraine was due to host her ITV show of the same name but Good Morning Britain hosts Kate Garraway and Ed Balls confirmed she was sent home.
They said it was the first time in a long time, maybe ever, that Lorraine had missed a show because she was ill. The TV presenter took to Twitter to confirm she was sick before "suddenly being attacked" by an unknown illness.
When the show started, Ranvir was in Lorraine's seat and confirmed she rushed into work to help ITV bosses out. She revealed to Kate and Ed: "I got a call from the editor at 7.
18 and I was on the train at 7. 30," before wishing Lorraine well. Taking to Twitter, Lorraine confirmed she was unwell with a "hideous" bug and was gutted to miss interviewing Adam Lambert. "When you have to be sent home from work early in the morning because you are suddenly attacked by a hideous bug and were looking forward to interviewing @adamlambert THAT!
