Ed Sheeran

Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.

The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.

Loose Women favourite ‘lined up’ for Strictly and is ‘dream signing’ for BBC show

A Loose Women legend has reportedly signed up to be on the latest season of Strictly Come Dancing. English actress and television personality Brenda Edwards is said to be lined up to appear on the popular dance competition.

Brenda, 54, is known for her love of performing and is currently starring in the We Will Rock You musical. The ITV panellist, who finished in fourth place on the second series of The X Factor, will finish up her role as the Killer Queen in the stage production in August, leaving her free to potentially join the Strictly line-up in September.

A TV insider told the Mirror: “Brenda is a dream signing. She has a huge fanbase from Loose Women and the talent to go all the way.

She also has a very emotional backstory – the nation adores Brenda.” Over the years, Brenda has wowed in West End shows such as Chicago and Sister Act.
