Lanarkshire school pupils enjoy free fruit thanks to police and community champion

Pupils at one Lanarkshire school can now enjoy healthy snacks for free thanks to donations from a local supermarket. The Tesco Extra store in Wishaw have kindly agreed to provide fresh fruit to Clyde Valley High School every fortnight to help with the health and wellbeing of the pupils within the school.

This has been arranged by PC Colin McBride from Wishaw Police Station alongside the store’s community champion in Wishaw Clare McNeally.
