Kate Middleton's 'concerned' gesture to tense Queen Camilla at royal service

The Royal Family have had a difficult start to the year with King Charles taking a step back from his duties after being diagnosed with cancer and Kate Middleton still remaining out the spotlight while recovering from abdominal surgery last month.

Now, Prince William has also sparked concern after the Prince of Wales pulled out of the memorial service for King Constantine, which he had been due to give a reading at.While speculation is rife, one thing is certain and that is that the royals will be uniting together behind closed doors.It's no secret that the family are close, with the Princess of Wales known to have a special bond with her in-laws, King Charles and Queen Camilla, the Mirror reports.Despite recovering from her own poor health which saw her in hospital for a fortnight last month, Kate will be in constant contact with the couple amid Charles' cancer treatment and will be on hand to support Camilla who has had to up her workload.The close connection between the two senior royal ladies was most evident after the devastating death of the late Queen Elizabeth.

Just nine weeks after Her Majesty's death, Camilla and Kate stood side-by-side together on the balcony of the Foreign Office, overlooking Cenotaph as their husbands laid wreaths to commemorate Remembrance Sunday in 2022.There was a poignant empty space on the balcony, where the former monarch had once stood.The day was clearly a nerve-wracking one for Camilla, as it was one of her first high-profile appearances since Charles ascended to the throne.However, her daughter-in-law, Kate, was there to help her.Body language expert Judi James told the Mirror at the time: "Watching from the balcony Camilla combined signals of regal duty with some rituals of
