Kate Ferdinand shares about her anxiety and the teeth cleaning ritual that 'really helps' as she says she suddenly feels very pregnant

Pregnant Kate Ferdinand has let followers in on her ritual to help her anxiety. Kate, 31, who is epecting a baby girl with Manchester United footballing icon Rio Ferdinand, took to Instagram to say she's being helped with inspiring mantra cards that she places next to her at the sink while she's brushing her teeth in the mornings.

Kate posted a picture of her cards by self-development coach and manifesting expert Roxie Nafousi as she said the routine has changed her life.

She typed on her Instagram Stories: "Morning all. Love my cards this morning. I've been feeling a little anxious at times recently but starting the day like this really helps me!" She explained: "I put them next to my sink and brush my teeth and read them in my head and it really helps me switch my mindset in the morning.
