Jeremy Clarkson has sadly shared an "unbelievably sad" update on Diddly Squat farm. The former Top Gear dynamo is the star of his own farming series, Clarkson's Farm, projected to premiere its third season on Prime Video later this year.

Sadly, Jeremy, 63, has experienced a string of mishaps at his Chipping Norton spot in Oxfordshire. Accompanied by farm fam Charlie, Kaleb and Gerald Cooper, Jeremy confessed "everything that could go wrong has gone wrong" behind the scenes.

He was emotionally knocked after a litter of piglets tragically died. Previously confessing his turn towards pig farming rather than dairy, and high expectations for the newborn pigs, he admitted to the Times: "A cow has one calf, whereas the last bout of births we had, one of our pigs had 14 piglets. That's a lot of money.

I reckoned the pigs would provide something that's sadly lacking in farming today - a bit of genuine happiness." Tragedy struck when some of the piglets were accidentally squashed by their mums, whilst others died naturally in their infancy. "It was almost unbelievably sad," Jeremy said. "We had a catastrophically high level of deaths." Adding to his troubles, Jeremy's barley and potato crops were ruined by extreme weatherfirst the scorching heat in June and then the relentless rain in March.
