An ITV spokesperson shared: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike." It's thought that Grace decided to leave the show because of the drastic change in diet.
Before joining the jungle, the 50 year old food critic admitted she was used to eating luxurious five-course dinners for her job and was concerned that the beans and rice diet would be a "shock to my system".
So, as Grace left the show a week after it first aired, will she still get her full I'm A Celebrity fee? It's believed she was booked for around £100,000.
