However, things got worse when Joseph passed out and on Friday, Gemma was accused of poisoning the youngster by a child protection officer.The situation became even more heartbreaking when child protection officer Caitlin explained that Gemma will need to move out of the family home and can only see the children under supervision while she conducts an investigation.
If Gemma fails to comply, Joseph will be taken into care, reports The Mirror. Following the emotional scenes, viewers have predicted a twist and it involves Joseph's grandmother Linda.
