A Lanarkshire school celebrated the end of term with a gold star as staff and pupils received a glowing inspection report from Education Scotland.St Edward’s Primary and Nursery in Airdrie received four “very good” ratings and four “good” in its official assessment.Inspectors praised youngsters’ attainment and progress in literacy and numeracy and highlighted their impressive leadership and citizenship work both in the school and with a range of community organisations.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
