‘Industry’ fans call season three finale one of the “best ever” TV episodes

Industry season three aired last night (September 30) and fans are calling it one of the “best ever” episodes of television.The HBO and BBC’s investment bank drama follows the lives of a group of bankers working in the London office of the fictional company Pierpoint & Co, focusing on a group of recent graduates as well as their mentors.The third season of the drama series was officially commissioned in October 2022, just weeks after the premiere of season two.

A statement from HBO vice president of programming Kathleen McCaffrey said at the time: “Industry reached new heights in season two, cementing its status as a buzzy hit with addictive storytelling, layered characters, a breakneck pace, and keen observations about contemporary workplace dynamics.”On social media, fans heaped praise on the last episode.
