To date the video has almost 50k views with the expert having a whopping 1.6 million likes across all of her videos. She explains: "Did you know that rather than looking for signs of truth or deception, it’s much better to look for signs of comfort or discomfort."Talking about their body language and facial expressions, she explains: "When someone is comfortable, their body language will be relaxed and their facial expressions won’t be showing any tenseness and everything will just feel like it’s easy and it's comfortable."When someone is uncomfortable often they’ll have some tenseness in their facial expressions.

They may have tight lips, there might be a frown and the whole body is tight."She also reveals that the person who is lying or hiding something, will try and place something in front of them, as a way of protecting themselves.

She explains: "Often they will have barriers in front of them and they will create some sort of distance between what they don’t like or feeling uncomfortable about, and themselves because they need to create a barrier."When it comes to the neck - this is something you will want to keep an eye on with her revealing that if someone covers up their neck, it's not a good sign.
