Shocking images reveal how Ryan Briggs's entire head swelled up, initially forming a large tyre-like shape around his forehead, before his whole face followed suit.On July 27, Ryan visited his mum's house and discovered she'd purchased some black hair dye for him to cover a few new grey hairs.
The 27 year old applied the mixture to his scalp, admitting that he didn't perform a patch test as he didn't think it was necessary.
Despite experiencing a burning sensation, the gas installer assumed this was normal and went to bed, only to wake up to find a scaly rash had formed around his hairline.
