manchestereveningnews.co.ukHundreds of people lined the streets to pay tribute to an inspirational young girl. Ava Grace was diagnosed with a rare and terminal condition called Metachromatic Leukodystrophy, which caused a progressive loss of physical and mental skills, at the age of two.
But despite her diagnosis, and initially being given two years to live, Ava remained a positive little girl who faced everything with a smile, defying all odds.
