How Man United can still complete deals after transfer deadline day as deal sheet rule explained

Players who are not attached to a club at present are free to move to a new team at any stage in the season including outside of transfer windows.
Another more short-term option for signing players is to complete a transfer deal sheet. The deal sheet can only be submitted to the Premier League before the 11pm deadline but cannot be used until after 9pm on deadline day.
