Former Blue Peter presenter Helen surprised her fans and followers in April last year when she confirmed her separation from the Leeds Rhinos rugby star Richie months after they welcomed their third child together.
The former couple, who tied the knot in 2013, announced their split with Helen penning on her Instagram Story at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple.
He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children."
