The TV presenter and rugby player announced in April last year (2022) that they were "no longer a couple". Helen, who tied the knot with Richie in 2013, penned on her Instagram Story at the time: "Very sad to say that Richie and I are no longer a couple.
He has left the family home. We will be doing our best to co-parent our small children." The pair now co-parent their three children – eight-year-old son Ernie, six-year-old Louis and daughter Elsie Kate.
But months after sharing the news, Helen was thrust back into the spotlight when she decided to take part in Strictly Come Dancing where made it all the way to the final of the BBC One dance competition alongside her professional partner Gorka Marquez.
