Gemma Atkinson appeared emotional as she said she could 'finally' share some news with her fans and followers as she undergoes another career change.

The Hits Radio host is currently enjoying her maternity leave after welcoming her second child into the world. Gemma gave birth to her and her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez's son, Thiago Thomas Marquez, in July, almost four years after their first-born Mia, now four, made her entrance into the world.

And while she isn't back on the Hits Radio drivetime show, which she hosts with Mike Toolan, in the New Year as her seat is kept warm by former Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent, Gemma has been keeping busy with some other projects, as well as motherhood, including her podcast.
