Gemma Atkinson has told her fans and followers to 'hang in there' if they're facing the early days and weeks of parenthood. The Hits Radio host took to social media on Monday (October 30) as she marked almost four months since she gave birth to her baby boy.

Gemma and her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez welcomed their second child into the world back in July. The couple, who met on the BBC One dance contest in 2017, announced back in January that they were expanding their brood following the birth of their first child, Mia, in July 2019.

The pair then kept their fans and followers updated during the pregnancy and have continued to do so since their baby boy, Thiago Thomas Marquez, made a safe arrival into the world on July 17. Alongside a GIF which read "time flies", the 38-year-old typed: "15 wks today. We now have our routine that works perfectly for us.
