Strictly Come Dancing star Amy Dowden has said going through treatment for breast cancer has resulted in the “toughest year” of her life.

The 33-year-old appeared on the Stand Up To Cancer live show on Channel 4 at the Francis Crick Institute to celebrate a decade of the appeal for Cancer Research UK.
