The actress has been honest about how she's found spending time away from her kids to film her new TV move. Helen, 33, will soon be seen back on screens in when the E4 dating series, which is currently being filmed, returns with her signing up to the agency after becoming single in 2022 following the end of her 13-year relationship with footballer Scott Sinclair.
The former Coronation Street has been filming with the show for the past couple of months but her latest stint in front of the camera came to an end at the end of last week.
