The Green Brigade are defying a warning from Celtic chiefs not to display support for Palestine after photos emerged of a giant flag being set up in the ultras section at Parkhead – as they risk another potential UEFA fine.
The controversial supporters group were denied pre-match access to the stadium for the Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid – but that hasn't stopped them tonight.
They were also banned by the club for last weekend's away match at Hearts and upcoming fixtures away from Celtic Park, with unacceptable behaviour at Tynecastle, Fir Park and Feyenoord's De Kuip cited as the reason.
The club earlier today expressed sorrow over the ongoing conflict which has claimed thousands of lives in the Middle East. They revealed black armbands will be worn by players and coaching staff on both teams as a show of respect.
