Generous pupils show support for Kilbryde Hospice

Big-hearted pupils from a South Lanarkshire school had the recipe for success as they staged a successful fundraiser in support of a much-loved local charity.

Youngsters and staff from Auldhouse Primary held a coffee morning to raise funds for Kilbryde Hospice, and collected the impressive total of £525.

As well as donating tasty home baking and serving up tea and coffee, they also donated pre-loved books and toys for a range of stalls – while one enterprising pupil also raised £40 by selling homemade jewellery.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
