The clip showed the 48 year old fashion designer lying on her back in black athletic wear and orange and white trainers as she reached her arms back to meet David, who was similarly lying on his back in shorts and a baseball cap.The former England player’s many tattoos were on full display as the A-list couple did straight leg raises.
