Eurovision bosses have issued a statement clarifying how tonight's final will run after it was announced that the Netherlands will no longer be compete.
It comes after an allegation of 'inappropriate behaviour' against Dutch entrant Joost Klein, known as Joost, from a female member of Eurovision's production crew.

and the state of pies In a statement, Eurovision bosses wrote: "As a result of no participation from the Netherlands in the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final the following will take effect: All contestants keep their number in the official Running Order.
