Emmerdale fans think they have spotted the 'key' to Tom King's downfall as his abuse of his wife Belle took a fresh turn. Viewers have been struggling to watch as Belle is coercively controlled by her new husband.
Tom's behaviour has progressively worsened in recent months, however, fans of the ITV soap know that the first concerning scenes aired back in October when he popped the question to Belle and didn't take her turning him down very well, assuming it meant she didn't love him, and a brief move left her bleeding on the floor.
While they have since tied the knot, Tom's horrid behaviour has worsened with the vet putting a tracker on his wife's phone, forcing them into owning a dog and setting up a 'pup cam' in their home, secretly causing problems for her in her new job at Take A Vow and is also slowly isolating her from her family. It was her mum's anniversary and already emotional, she was frustrated that Tom was forcing her to stay at home to wait for a package.
