A doctor has shared one weight loss tip that she claims helps lose belly fat fast, but it's quite intense. Slimming down isn't easy and even those who eat right and work out consistently can have difficulty shifting stomach inches, despite shedding weight from other parts of the body.

But nutrition and functional medicine expert Dr Mindy Pelz has explained how a 36-hour fasting method could help finally banish that stubborn fat.
