Instead, Combs’ kids put out a statement condemning “horrific conspiracy theories” swirling around about their late mother Kim Porter — the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s ex. “We have seen so many hurtful and false rumors circulating about our parents, Kim Porter and Sean Combs’ relationship, as well as about our mom’s tragic passing, that we feel the need to speak out,” Quincy Brown and Christian, Jessie and D’Lila Combs wrote in a joint statement shared on their Instagrams Tuesday night.
Porter, a former model, and Combs dated off and on from 1994 until 2007. Together they had son Christian, now 26, and twin daughters Jessie and D’Lila, now 17.Porter had her first child, son Quincy, 33, with her former husband singer Al B.
Sure! Combs later adopted Quincy when he was just three years old. The children’s statement comes after the publication of a typo-ridden memoir that claims to have been written by Porter before her sudden death in 2018 at age 47 as a result of lobar pneumonia.
