During a recent episode of 39 year old Ryan's podcast, Mancs on the Mic, which he does with his younger twin brothers, Adam and Scott, 35, Ryan was asked who he thought his biggest "competition" was on the show.
Adam, who starred on Strictly this year, and Scott teased their elder sibling as they deduced that his biggest "rival" is Made in Chelsea star Miles Nazaire - whose toned physique struck Ryan when they first met.
According to Adam, Ryan stepped up his routine after meeting Miles, as he admitted: "When I first saw Miles come in for our first dance routine I thought, 'Oh my God!
