Coronation Street's Cait Fitton sends 'promise' over Joel co-star before asking 'why are we like this'

The Lauren Bolton and Joel Deering actors were among the ITV soap's cast attending the new Radio Times Soap Awards over the weekend.
As well as Corrie, the casts of Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and EastEnders were out in force as they hit the red carpet before the ceremony, which was held in the city's historic Midland Hotel.
But there was one soap that dominated as EastEnders picked up the most silverware on the night. But as well as the all-important gongs being handed out, all eyes were on the soap stars themselves and Cait was finally able to enjoy herself with her Corrie co-stars without ruining the secret of Lauren's return to Weatherfield.
