The teen was confirmed alive earlier this month after she suddenly disappeared back in February. Lauren was soon presumed dead and as the last known person to see her, and the fact he misguidedly cleaned her flat before blood was found on the curtains, it was Roy Cropper who was accused of being responsible for her disappearance and spent time behind bars, charged with her murder.
However, it was confirmed in May that it was Joel Deering who was behind her disappearance before a shocking flashback clip revealed the solicitor as being Lauren's secret 'boyfriend' who brutally attacked her with a chair leg. As she tried to leave, he accosted her and the pair ended up in an intense confrontation in a family room where the truth about their relationship was uncovered.
