Chrishell Stause is getting back into acting! The 42-year-old Selling Sunset star and actress has been cast in a guest starring role on the long-running Australian soap Neighbours, according to TV Line.

If you recall, Neighours was canceled after nearly 40 years, but in November 2022 it was rescued by Amazon Freevee. Find out more about Chrishell’s new role… Chrishell will start filming in July in Australia, and she’ll be playing Yasmine “Yas” Shields, who can be described as “a glamorous and successful businesswoman in pursuit of an exciting new opportunity.” “I am honored and excited to join such a beloved and iconic show!” Chrishell shared in a statement. “Coming from the world of soaps in the U.S., it’s back to my first love in the entertainment industry.

They pitched me an idea for a character, and I was immediately excited to figure out a way to make it happen. Ramsay Street here I come!” If you recall, Chrishell got her start on All My Children in 2005, and she also had recurring roles on The Young and the Restless and Days of Our Lives. “We are thrilled to welcome Chrishell to the cast of Neighbours,” executive producer Jason Herbison said. “We created a character especially for her and we can’t wait for her to bring the storyline alive.
