Chris Aitken admits his side need to be miles better this weekend if they want to cause a cup shock. Kilwinning Rangers welcome Lowland League side Albion Rovers to town in a crucial South Challenge Cup clash.

He told KRTV: “We need to be 100 times better than what we were on Saturday that’s for sure. "We will take that on the chin and move on to a big cup game.” Buffs had to come from behind twice to defeat the Roch’s with goals from Cammy MacNair, Mark Lamont, Graham Boyd and Gavin Millar securing the 4-3 victory.
